So What Will the Process be Like?

Step 1.

Getting to know You

Every project begins with understanding. No two clients or projects are alike, so it's crucial that we start on the right foot—ensuring mutual comfort and clarity about the project’s goals and feasibility. This initial phase involves a comprehensive discussion about your project's details and desired outcomes. For business-specific projects, I’ll immerse myself in your company, industry, and aspirations to ensure we're perfectly aligned.

Step 2.

Crafting Your Proposal

I'll develop a bespoke project proposal once we confirm that we're a great fit. This document will outline a detailed timeline, the steps to complete your project within your deadline, and a customised quote based on the selected package. Following your approval, we'll proceed to action.

Note: Larger projects require a 15% deposit before commencement.

Step 3.

The Creative Process Begins

Armed with your proposal, I'll either process your specific request or produce a first draft, depending on the nature of the project. The scope of revisions will align with your chosen package, with the option for additional adjustments at a separate fee if required.

Step 4.

Refinement

This critical stage allows you to review the first draft, make inquiries, suggest adjustments, and ensure the project remains true to our initial vision. It’s your opportunity to see the design evolve and reaffirm your satisfaction with its direction.

Step 5.

Sign-Off & Delivery

After refining the project to your exact specifications, and upon your final approval, I’ll issue the closing invoice. Once the outstanding payment is settled, the completed files will be shared with you.
